We found a very nifty study tool that is no doubt the way things are heading in this world of technology.

They are currently sold via a company in Brisbane called Smartpens

You can take notes in class while recording the audio and then convert your notes to interactive text. That means you can search as well as click on your notes to trigger the relevant part of the audio recording (whether it be your teacher or you making study notes at home or even a buddy study group)

It works off bluetooth and the audio is captured not into the pen but into a nearby device such as your iphone or ipad.
